MERRY MARKETPLACE is a three-day merchant market featuring fine gifts, accessories and decorative items for the holidays and throughout the year. This event serves as the major fundraising effort for the community projects of the Junior League of Odessa, Inc.

The twenty-sixth MERRY MARKETPLACE opens with a preview party on Thursday, November 6, 2008.  Market days will be November 7, 8 & 9.

Merchant selection is by invitation only and criteria for selection are:

  1. Merchandise quality, type and uniqueness
  2. Results of the 2008 selection evaluation
  3. Merchant cooperation and adherence to timelines in returning application, fees and other information requested by the Junior League of Odessa, Inc.
  4. Established retailer and non-wholesalers
  5. Previous participation in MERRY MARKETPLACE does not guarantee selection

 

Booth fees for the 2008 show are as follows:

Booth Size Upper and Lower level
Single 10x10 $600.00
Double 10x20 $1200.00
Triple 10X30 $1800.00

End Caps are an additional $200.00

  

The application must be returned by May 1, 2008. Photographs and/or samples of merchandise as well as photographs of presentation must be sent via email or separately to complete application. Proof of liability insurance will be required with contract.
